Why It Works

Private-trainer results, without the private-trainer price

Private personal training can run $500–$1,500 a month, and you often still only get 1–3 sessions a week. At Evolve, semi-private gives you the personalized program and one-on-one attention you'd get from a private trainer — plus the support of a very small group (max 4 people) — all wrapped in a full Evolve membership with custom at-home programming.

Step by Step

How your trial offer works

Reserve your spot

Make your one-time payment today — $299+hst for twice a week, or $399+hst for three times a week. We'll follow up to get you booked in right away.

Complete your intake

Your one-on-one intake session, plus a full Health & Fitness Assessment at Evolve Integrated Health.

Train 2–3× per week

Attend your workouts for 4 weeks. You'll keep the same weekly times for scheduling. Attend 8+ sessions and earn a $299 or $399 credit toward future training (100% of your trial cost), applicable to any semi-private or boot camp membership at any location. A 2-month minimum commitment is required to redeem the credit. Current Evolve members are welcome to purchase the trial — there's just no end credit.

Get your progress report

Your coach delivers a progress report based on an in-workout assessment at your final session.

Decide what's next

No obligation to join. Continue month-to-month and cancel any time, or keep training on your own with everything you've learned. Regular pricing is $449+hst/month for up to 2×/week and $599+hst/month for up to 3×/week.
