Why October

A whole month to focus on you — and to build habits that last.

October is Menopause Awareness Month, and Amy — our Women's & Menopause Specialist — is marking the occasion with a free, month-long challenge inside her Stronger Through Menopause community.

Throughout October, you'll track simple daily habits designed to support both your menopause symptoms and your long-term health. You'll have live sessions with Amy, a group of women doing it right alongside you, and a few great prizes up for grabs along the way.

The Four Pillars

03

Rest & Recovery

Sleep, stress, and recovery — the pieces that so often get pushed aside, and matter more than ever now.

04

Community

Support, accountability, and connection with women who truly understand what you're going through.

Your Challenge Host

Meet Coach Amy.

Amy is our Women's & Menopause Specialist here at Evolve. She created Stronger Through Menopause because there's a real need for clear, evidence-based information and support for women in midlife — and far too much confusing advice out there.

Her approach is simple: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management, built into habits that fit your life and help you feel your best through menopause and beyond.

This October

Let's get stronger together.

The challenge is completely free. Join the community, find the pinned post, and we'll see you in October.
