The Commitment

Here's the full breakdown of what you're agreeing to. We use small accountability charges to back up your commitment — but the goal is never to charge you. The goal is to help you finish.

Complete Your Starting Form

We'll send this after you join. It helps us understand your goals so we can coach you effectively from day one.

3 Workouts by June 1

Miss this and your card is charged $50, which becomes a credit toward more boot camps ($50 = 1 week), massages at Evolve Integrated Health, or supplements at Simply For Life / EIH.

03

18 Workouts by July 5

Boot camps, cardio, hybrid, yoga and spin all count. Come more than 18 if you like — no cap. Miss this and you're charged $200, redeemable the same way as above.

Finishing Form by July 5

Helps us make the program better. Miss it and a $50 charge applies — again, fully redeemable as credit.

A NOTE ON CHARGES

If any of the three tasks above are missed, the card on file from your $1 payment will be charged and you choose how to allocate the credit. The point isn't to fine you — it's to give you a real reason to show up. We want you finishing strong, not paying us.

My basketball coach picked me up every single day for three years before school so I could practice. Questions?

How often will I have to work out?

You'll need to complete 18 workouts in 6 weeks — that averages around 3 per week, but you can come more if you want. All workouts are in person. Most members come 3–4 times a week. If life happens and one week is lighter, that's fine — only the 18 total matters.

Is this a crash diet?

Absolutely not. This is a program to get you into the workout groove. We have nutrition resources available — based on your goals — including our free Fat Loss Academy and muscle/strength-building nutrition guides. You'll get full access to our member site when you join.

Where are the Evolve Fitness locations?

Halifax — 220-3667 Strawberry Hill (large location: 3 boot camp rooms + cardio/yoga room). Bedford — 115 Western Parkway (one room, boot camp). Dartmouth — 112 Woodlawn Drive (boot camps + spin). Truro — 136 Esplanade St. (one room, boot camp).

What can I expect in 6 weeks?

It depends on your starting point, but expect to get stronger, gain energy, improve your mobility, and feel fully in an exercise routine by the end. If you have a fat loss or muscle building goal, you can see strong initial progress and build serious momentum for long-term success. Ask us about your specific situation.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

The choice is yours. You can continue with our full year-round schedule, or you can take what you've learned to your local gym or even home. Many members stay because the community and coaching becomes a part of their week — but there's no obligation.

What makes Evolve different?

This isn't "here's what to do — go do it." That's not coaching. We help you find what works for you, not your neighbor. We'll support you in all areas — workouts, nutrition, sleep, stress, life — because we want you happy and healthy, not just sore.

I got sick or injured — what happens?

We're reasonable. We don't extend the program window, but we will adjust the workout requirements so you can finish successfully if you're genuinely sick or injured. Note: if you join knowing you have a vacation booked, we won't be making adjustments for that — please read the dates carefully before signing up.
