Matt Beaver
Registered Massage Therapist
Matt is a Registered Massage Therapist whose approach is rooted in both clinical knowledge and genuine care for each person’s needs. Whether you’re an athlete pursuing a personal best, recovering from injury, or managing everyday stress and tension, Matt tailors each treatment to support your healing — addressing the area of concern while identifying the underlying patterns that contribute to discomfort or imbalance.
He commonly works with low back pain, neck pain and stiffness, and lower-body injuries, using moderate to deep pressure based on your preference and goals. His treatments blend general Swedish massage, myofascial trigger point release, and low-grade joint mobilization to restore mobility and reduce pain.
When he’s not working, he’s usually on the trail with his golden retriever Boone or cooking with his girlfriend. Matt also spends a lot of time training for running races and Ironman triathlons.
Nina Brien
RMT & Fitness Coach
Hi there! I’m Nina, a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the 2200-hour program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax.
As a former university varsity athlete, I learned early how much health matters for long-term care — part of why I became a massage therapist. My interest in helping people started while coaching basketball and grew into helping people overcome injuries, postural issues, anxiety and stress, and much more. I love using my anatomy knowledge to find the root cause and then build a treatment plan to solve it as soon as possible. I’ve worked with everyone from prenatal clients to athletes to office workers.
My style is tailored to you — whether that’s a slower relaxation massage or deeper pressure treatment — and I keep communication open throughout so you’re always getting the most comfortable, effective treatment.
I’m also one of the fitness coaches at Evolve Fitness, and working with clients in the gym helps me treat the right issue safely and efficiently. Outside work I coach basketball at my alma mater, Mount Saint Vincent University, and my partner and I love to hike, bike, swim, camp, and tackle crosswords. I love to cook and bake too — if you’ve got a great recipe, please share! I look forward to helping you feel your best.
Andrea Eisner
Registered Massage Therapist
Andrea’s passion for helping others, combined with her own experience receiving therapeutic massage, led her to massage therapy. She attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax, where she earned the “Wholistic Therapist Award” and graduated with honours. Since then she has completed additional training in cupping and Gua Sha.
Andrea is committed to treatments that are not only effective but empowering. Her sessions incorporate general Swedish massage, myofascial release, therapeutic cupping, Gua Sha, joint mobilizations, trigger point pressure release, and intra-oral massage for TMJD.
Originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Andrea moved to Halifax in 2021. Outside of work she enjoys long-distance running, painting, live music, and volunteering at Hospice Halifax.
Jenna Finney
Registered Massage Therapist
Jenna is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy with a long-standing interest in how the body works and heals. With a patient-centred approach, she provides intuitive, personalized treatments that prioritize comfort and individual goals, taking the time to listen so each session is both supportive and effective.
Whether addressing a specific concern or simply offering space to de-stress, Jenna adapts every treatment to your needs, helping you find more ease in everyday movement and a greater sense of balance and wellness. Her style ranges from moderate to deep tissue work, incorporating myofascial release, cupping therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Gua Sha, and trigger point pressure release.
Holden Kodak
Registered Massage Therapist
Holden is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation and clinical assessment. His approach combines clinical knowledge with a practical understanding of how the body moves, so treatments are tailored to each person. Whether it’s treating an injury, relieving daily tension, or supporting overall wellness, Holden is excited to help. His styles include moderate to deep pressure massage, cupping therapy, and myofascial approaches.
Originally from just outside Vancouver, British Columbia, Holden played Major Junior and university hockey across Canada before settling in Halifax and becoming an RMT. Away from the clinic you’ll find him on the golf course or, most importantly, spending time with his wife and son. He also heads Nova Scotia’s QMJHL scouting department for Neutral Zone Hockey, travelling around North America.
Amanda Hodgins
Physiotherapist & Massage Therapist
Physiotherapy — Amanda graduated from Dalhousie University in 2020 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy and was licensed shortly after. With a background in kinesiology, she focuses on treating the primary issue as much as the symptoms. She enjoys treating all areas of the body, with specific interests in musculoskeletal injuries, mental health support, and para-sport. Her style supports you in reaching your goals through education and exercise, with a sprinkle of manual therapy.
Massage therapy — Amanda graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2022. While comfortable with general Swedish techniques, she enjoys addressing the myofascial system as well, with interests in musculoskeletal injuries, mental health and sleep support, and breast massage (pre/post-natal, gender-transitioning, menopause, and related surgeries). Often leaning toward deeper pressure, she adjusts for people of all preferences and needs — whether you’re treating a specific concern or simply seeking relaxation.

Taylor Oesch
Registered Massage Therapist
Born and raised in a small town on the shores of Lake Huron in south-western Ontario, Taylor has always loved staying active and playing sports — a passion for movement that sparked an early pull toward healthcare.
She began her massage therapy career at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario, working with a wide range of clients across clinical settings and outreach: fibromyalgia, pregnancy, sports, senior care, and the cancer and palliative unit at Royal Victoria Hospital. She then earned a degree abroad at Munster Technological University in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland — a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Health & Exercise Science with Massage Therapy — completing a thesis on sport psychology and the effect of happiness levels on students who play sports.
Taylor takes an individualized approach to every treatment. Drawing on Swedish and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and myofascial release, she tailors each session for recovery and relaxation, weaving in stretching, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercise to help clients move better, feel better, and perform at their best. Outside the clinic you’ll find her reading, planning her next trip, playing sports, or spending time with family and friends.
