How it works
Four steps. You do the first one, we do the rest.
01
Tell us who
Fill in the form below with their name and email. That’s all we need to get started.
02
Make the intro
Email-intro them to us, or give us the nod to reach out directly. Your call.
03
We take it from here
We interview, we hire. We'll keep you posted either way.
04
Your rewards start
The day they start full time, your membership and treatment credits go live.
The fine print
Six things worth knowing before you put someone forward.
Who counts as the referrer
The first person to introduce us to that candidate by email. One referrer per hire — no splitting, no ties.
They must be licensed
Licensed and legally able to practise their profession in Nova Scotia.
They must be new to us
Not employed by Evolve, and not already in our hiring pipeline, at any point in the last 12 months.
Full time only
The reward is for full-time hires. Part-time and contract hires don't qualify.
Rewards run while they do
Your benefits stop the month they leave full-time employment. If they leave at month six, the last six months of membership and treatments end.
You need to be a member or a patient
Open to active Evolve Fitness members and Evolve Integrated Health patients — when you refer, and while the rewards are running.
Questions we get asked
Do I have to know them well?
No. Your physio, your massage therapist, your friend’s practitioner, someone you trained beside, someone you met at a course — if you can make an introduction, that counts.
What if someone else refers the same person?
The first email introduction on record wins. That's why the form matters — it timestamps you.
When do the rewards actually start?
The month your candidate starts full time. We'll email you to confirm and set your credits up.
Can I bank the treatments and use them all at once?
No — they're issued monthly (or every second month on the second tier) and expire if unused that period. Book them in, use them.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Every hire earns its own reward package. Refer three, earn three.
What if they leave?
Your rewards stop at the end of the month they leave full-time employment. Everything you've already used is yours to keep.
Is my referral confidential?
We won't tell the candidate who referred them unless you tell us it's fine. Just say so on the form.
Who's the best practitioner you know?
Put their name in below. If we hire them, you train and get treated free for a year.
Got it — thank you.
You’re logged as the referrer as of today. We’ll email you within 2 business days to confirm, and we’ll let you know how it goes either way.
Want to speed it up? Forward us an intro email — the first intro on record is the one that counts.
Open to active Evolve Fitness members and Evolve Integrated Health patients, 18+. Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged. Membership and treatment credits are issued in the referrer’s own name at their home Evolve location. Evolve reserves the right to change or end this program at any time; referrals already submitted will be honoured under the terms in place when they were submitted. Full program terms available at the front desk.
