Hey Everyone

I have been completely swamped and have’t gotten to our no shows in several months. Please forgive me for the annoying text and email you have received if you are seeing this. This is not a perfect system but it is the best we can do with the tools/apps we have available to us.

Here is a reminder of the cancellation policy.

All we are looking to catch is actual no shows. We understand that sometimes you do check in and it doesn’t seem to work, the trainer usually checks you in and they forgot or some other scenario that is totally out of your control. Please do not pay in these situations.

I also know that some of you replied to emails you got notifying you of a no show and gave me an explanation. This is great but unfortunately hard for me then filter out of the report I run.

100% of all no show fees for this block are going to our toy drive and donations to the YWCA gender based violence program. You can see all of the details here.

Thanks again for your patience and simply ignore this if you have no actual no shows or you are exempt from the policy.
