You're spending your days learning how bodies move, heal and get stronger. Come look after yours. Students currently enrolled at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy get a free Evolve group fitness membership for the length of their program.

Coached group classes

Boot camp and 30-minute cardio, plus yoga and spin where your location offers them. Every class is coached, so you never have to figure it out alone.

Free for your whole program

No cost while you're an enrolled CCMH student. No card on file, no contract, nothing to cancel when you're done.

Practice what you're learning

Strength, mobility and conditioning from the client's side of the table. The best therapists know what training feels like in their own body.

The rules of the student membership

This is a free membership, so it comes with a few conditions. Please read these before you sign up. You'll be asked to agree to them on the form, and the membership is cancelled if they aren't followed.

Current CCMH students only You must be enrolled in a CCMH diploma program right now. Bring your student ID or a proof-of-enrolment letter to your first class. No proof, no membership.
It's yours and only yours The membership is non-transferable. It can't be shared, lent, used by a friend or family member, or used to bring guests. We check ID at the front desk.
Restricted classes Check the schedule for restricted classes Most classes are open to you anytime. A small number are restricted for new members (they always have a waitlist of long-time members) and are marked with a lock on your location's schedule. You follow the same rules as any new member: you can only book a restricted class within 24 hours of the start time if a spot is open, and please don't join its waitlist. See the schedules.
Group classes only Covers regular group classes. Semi-private training, Fitness Forever, specialty programs, workshops and Integrated Health services are not included.
Ends when your studies end The membership runs until your expected graduation date. If you graduate early, withdraw or take a leave from your program, it ends or pauses. We may ask for updated proof of enrolment each term.
Show up for the spots you book Our regular late-cancel and no-show policy applies. Repeated no-shows mean the spot goes to someone who'll use it, and the membership can be cancelled.

Check your inbox

You'll get an email right away with everything you need: booking in Mindbody, your location tour, your schedule and what to bring. We add the student membership to your account.

Bring your student ID

Show your CCMH student ID or proof of enrolment at your first class, and you're all set for the rest of your program.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no charge and no card on file for the length of your program. It's our way of supporting the next generation of massage therapists in Nova Scotia.

Can I book any class?

Almost all of them. A few classes always have a waitlist of long-time members, so out of respect to them those times are restricted for every new member, and the same goes for you. They're marked with a lock on your location's schedule. If a spot is open within 24 hours of a restricted class, you're welcome to book it. Just please don't add yourself to its waitlist.

Can my partner or a friend come with me?

Not on this membership. It's personal to enrolled CCMH students. If someone wants to train with you, they're welcome to look at our regular memberships and trial offers.

What happens when I graduate?

Your free membership ends at your graduation date. We'll reach out before then with your options if you'd like to keep training with us.

I'm taking a term off. What happens?

Let us know and we'll pause the membership. When you're back in classes, send us updated proof of enrolment and we'll turn it back on.
