WHAT ARE Cardio Classes?

Cardio classes are 30 minutes long, high intensity circuit-based classes and are led by our qualified trainers. They include sled pushes, medicine ball slams, treadmills, assault bikes, ski ergs, rowers, rope slams and skipping.

No matter your current fitness level, these classes are easily scalable to challenge you just the right amount! Our cardio classes are a great compliment to strength training and are included in all Unlimited, Fit Forever and Semi-Private memberships. We also have dedicated cardio classes for Parent & Baby and Fit Forever members.
