The Training Floor

The main training floor has many ways to get you to the levels of fitness you desire, no matter where the starting point. Delivering one-on-one expert instruction, a private, positive environment and exercise programs created for each unique individual. Though needs vary, main focuses include weight loss, strength building, core muscle development and postural awareness.
From walking pain-free to elite athlete strength development, all needs are met!

The Cardio Room

The cardiovascular or aerobic training room at Evolve Fitness offers privacy and diversity. Book your time with either a treadmill or stationary bike to work your heart and lungs. Try interval training on both to work up quite a sweat!
