If you are wondering if a personal trainer makes a difference, the answer is a resounding YES!!! I started training with Chris this past summer after having various gym memberships. Staying motivated and dedicated was always a challenge for me. After my first month I really noticed results and better results than I've ever had from going to the local gym. I have been training with Chris for six months. He is a trainer whose individualized sessions are graduated to encourage, facilitate and achieve goals. My personal objectives of weight loss, strengthening and toning have all been achieved. I have decreased my waist size by 2 and lost approximately 15 pounds. I have been impressed and so have others around me who readily notice the change in my figure. Chris is knowledgeable and ensures safe exercise that ensures back health and correct posture are always maintained. His training sessions are motivating and have led me to also increase my attention to aeorobic exercise and healthy eating every day. I think this is also the key to success in this program.
